1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using n8n Expert MCP ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

n8n Expert MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides AI-powered tools for building and managing n8n workflows through Claude AI. The Service includes:

  • 33 specialized tools for n8n workflow management
  • Bug database and diagnostic capabilities
  • Smart workflow builders
  • Template deployment features

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Provide valid n8n instance credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your API key with unauthorized parties

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial that includes:

  • Full access to all 33 tools
  • 500 API calls
  • No credit card required to start

After the trial period ends, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. There is no automatic billing - you choose when to upgrade.

5. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter ($9/month) - 500 calls/month
  • Pro ($29/month) - 3,000 calls/month
  • Team ($99/month) - 15,000 calls/month

Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Use the Service to build competing products

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its methodology, bug database, and smart builders, is proprietary. Workflows you create using the Service belong to you. The core MCP server code is open source under MIT license.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or workflow failures.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
